Salon Policies – She Brows
At She Brows, we’re committed to delivering exceptional brow and lash services in a respectful, safe, and professional space. To ensure a smooth experience for every client, please review our studio policies before booking.
Bookings & Appointments
All appointments must be booked online to ensure accurate information is collected.
An active card on file is required to complete your booking. By booking, you agree to all studio terms and conditions.
We are a female-only studio. We kindly ask that only the person receiving the service attends—no extra guests, including children or plus ones, are permitted.
We operate strictly by appointment only. No walk-ins will be accepted.
Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at any time.
Deposits, Refunds & Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit is required when booking and will be automatically applied online.
Deposits are transferable if a booking is rescheduled with the required notice, but they are not refundable under any circumstances.
If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be held as a credit for your next appointment.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of your scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and 50% of the service fee will be charged.
We work on a tight schedule; delays affect the flow of our day and the experience of other clients.
Cosmetic Tattooing Appointments
A minimum of 5 days’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling cosmetic tattoo appointments.
Cancellations made with less than 5 days’ notice will result in loss of your booking fee.
Training & Education (She Brows Academy)
If you need to cancel your scheduled in-person training:
50% of the fee will be forfeited if cancelled in advance of the training date.
100% of the fee will be forfeited if cancelled within 48 hours of the agreed date.
In certain cases, a credit note may be issued, valid for up to 2 months to reschedule your training.
Digital Products (Online Courses & E-Books)
All digital product sales are final.
Once a course or e-book is delivered or accessed, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
